Toy Swap FAQs
How many toys should I bring?
Please bring 3-5 toys geared towards little ones 7 and under, wooden preferred. No vintage toys, or toys with missing parts or broken pieces.
How should I clean them?
All toys should be wiped down with a natural disinfectant prior to showing up.
How does the swap work?
The event time allows for ~15-30 mins of setup, and an hour of exchanging.
Toys are swapped on a first come, first serve basis. Please plan to only take the same number of toys as you bring!
What if all my toys don't get taken?
Please take home anything that hasn't been taken. We suggest finding a local childcare facility or women's shelter to donate them to! Here is a national directory of women's shelters.
What should I know about safety?
It is your responsibility to assess the safety of the toys you are taking. Please see some guidelines here under #18.
